How do I access the dataset after purchase?
After completing your payment (or requesting the free dataset), you'll receive an activation key via email within minutes. The key is valid for 7 days and can be used 5 times to download the dataset. Simply enter the key on this page to activate and download.
What format is the data in?
All datasets are provided in Parquet format, which is highly efficient and widely supported by data science tools like Pandas, Spark, and DuckDB. Check our Guides for help working with Parquet files.
What is an activation key?
An activation key is a unique 20-character code (letters and numbers) that grants you access to download your dataset. Each key is valid for 7 days and allows 5 downloads. If your key expires or you lose it, you can request a new one by clicking "Resend Key" on this page.
Will I get updates to the dataset?
Your purchase includes the current dataset for the specified period (2020-2024). Future updates and extended date ranges may be offered separately. The next major dataset update is planned for 2026.
Can I use this data commercially?
Yes! You have full rights to use the data for personal or commercial algorithmic trading, backtesting, research, and analysis. Redistribution of the raw dataset is not permitted.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds after the download link has been sent. However, if you experience technical issues with the dataset, please contact us and we'll resolve it.
